• WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Shipping costs and delivery dates are calculated at checkout. Please note the estimated shipping date when placing your order. Shipping dates are estimated.

Please do either when entering your shipping address as we cannot take responsibility for items lost due to incorrect address details. We are unable to change shipping details once an order has been placed so please take extra care when placing your order.

• LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS

All orders are strictly non-refundable if your package was not delivered due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package was successfully delivered. We recommend contacting your postal service if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

• ITEMS HELD AT THE POST OFFICE

It is the customers responsibility to contact the post office and schedule a redelivery or pick up the item that is being held.

• CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as they go straight into production. We are unable to change your shipping address once an order has been placed, so please be careful when entering your shipping details.

We pack our mugs in a sturdy cardboard box to protect your mug and limit the possibility of damage during shipping.

Please allow 4-6 business days for our printers to create your design before shipping. Shipping times are approximate and may be affected by bank holidays and busy festive periods. Please note the approximate shipping date at checkout and select the express shipping option if your order is time-sensitive.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is ready to ship.

Once the order is placed, it is not possible to modify or cancel it as all orders are personalized.

• For all products that arrive damaged, we send a replacement without questions asked. To be eligible, simply send photos of the damaged parts.
• Please note that our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.
